When the lights get a regulator and then collect REV sounds like the battery or is not loaded or settlement occurs. Could be as simple as a battery (usually vans can test a battery for a fee), was burned but a regulator of the shunt resistor or.
You need to test the battery once, and you probably autoelectrician
